If you're always the one planning the next trip for your friend group, we need to talk. Outside Life is officially recruiting Campus Reps for Winter 2026-27 and it's a great way to earn rewards and be the reason your campus gets on the mountain this winter.
You already know who's in before they do. You're the planner, the connector, the person your friends ask when they want to know what's happening next. Now let's make that official.
What is PowDaze?
PowDaze is Outside Life's college ski and snowboard travel experiences, running this winter break in December and January. Every trip includes multi-night lodging, on and off mountain events, access to exclusive après parties, and Outside Life staff on site the whole time so you and your friends can just show up and enjoy the mountain.
This is where being a Campus Rep comes in. As a PowDaze Campus Rep, you're the reason your friends, your sorority or fraternity, your ski club, whoever, actually gets to experience this. You spread the word, help organize your group, and make it easy for the people around you to get to the mountain town they've been talking about.
The Perks of Being a Campus Rep
Being an Outside Life Ambassador is all about getting rewarded for doing what you already love: traveling, chasing good snow, and bringing your people along for it. Here's what's on the table:
Travel and VIP experiences. Access to trips, events, and mountain experiences most people have to pay full price for.
Rewards and discounts. Earn credits toward your own PowDaze trip and future Outside Life experiences, and build up to a fully free trip as you grow your group.
Industry hookups. Gear discounts, brand partnerships, and insider access.
A community of like-minded travelers. The people you meet through this program are out here for the same reason you are: good snow, good people, and a reason to keep chasing adventure. That crew sticks around long after the season ends.

Rep your campus. Spread the word about PowDaze trips, passes, and programs at your school.
Create content. Share your adventures, build your feed, and get people excited to go outside.
Build community. Organize your crew, host events, and become the go-to person for anything ski or snowboard related on campus.
Tell your story. Real voice, real experiences. That's it.

Once you fill out your ambassador application, all you have to do is wait for an Outside Life Representative to reach out and get the ball rolling.
You already have the group chat, the energy, and the "let's actually do this" mentality your friends look for before committing to a trip. Do I have to be a current college student to apply? Being a Campus Rep is built for current students, but if you're 18+ and not in school, you can still travel with Outside Life through Alumni, Grad, or Group trips.
