Powered by a passion to spread stoke and the “good word of pow” to students and alumni across the country, our brands bring groups nationwide to the mountains we fell in love with. Our team boasts over 30 years of industry experience, having traveled over 400K individuals to top-notch ski resorts across North America. We have grown to become the market leaders in experiential group ski travel.

Outside Life and SkiSync specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind, multi-faceted trips including après ski gatherings, ski culture, live entertainment, themed parties and a variety of on and off mountain events.

  • Calling all photographers, videographers, influencers, and storytellers! Want to take your skills to the mountains this winter? Join Outside Life as a Content Creator and help us capture the adventure.

    What You’ll Do

    • Create videos, photos, and social content that share the Outside Life experience

    • Capture the real moments that make the mountain lifestyle unforgettable

    • Bring fresh, creative ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

    • Social accounts that highlight your creative style

    • Photo/video editing skills and social media know-how

    • Comfortable capturing content outdoors and on-mountain

    Support our in-house designer with design needs including:

    • Photo/file resizing, photo editing/retouching

    • Editing working design files, creating templates

    • Designing assets for social media and creating event marketing materials (email, print, itineraries, swag, etc.)

    • Digital asset management (organizing photos, logos, design elements)

    • Misc. creative and marketing assistance 

    • Weekly transparency meeting

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 10 hours weekly 

    • Weekly task reporting aligned with working hours 

    • Strong communication and time management skills

    • Detail oriented and organized

    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and quick timelines

    • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe After Effects (not required), Adobe Premiere Pro (not required), Google Drive, Google Slides

  • April - September 2025, with opportunity to extend

    Interns will support our event production and operations teams in planning, management and execution of partnership experiences, trip events and logistics.

    • Collect & upload info into shared drives (menus, proposals, executed contracts, etc.) 

    • Manage follow up correspondence with venues, talent, vendors, etc. via email and phone

    • Data entry and other administrative tasks

    • Scheduling support

    • Sourcing new venues and curating venue lists in resort towns

    • Support on-site management of events 

    • Create Run of Show templates for each winter program

    • Support on event itineraries for Powdaze Programs 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 10 hours weekly, between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri

    • Weekly task reporting aligned with working hours

    • Ability to work independently and take lead on projects

    • Strong communication and time management skills

    • Detail oriented
